Tennis takes commitment. Cost shouldn’t be what keeps you from understanding your game. Baseline offers sponsored subscriptions to players facing financial barriers and people giving back to their tennis communities.

Who can apply
Tell us which situation fits you best. A short explanation is enough; we don’t ask for bank statements, tax returns, or other financial documents.

We may send a question through your application portal. Access stays on your current plan while you wait.
- Get a clear decision
If approved, your account gets a sponsored plan for a set period, with agreed usage allowances. It never renews into a paid subscription.

Do I need to prove my financial situation?
No sensitive financial documents are required. Give us a short, honest explanation of your circumstances.
Can a family, coach, or community program apply?
Yes. Choose the category that fits and describe who will use the account. A parent or guardian must acknowledge an application from someone under 18.
Does applying give me a paid plan?
No. Only an authorized Baseline administrator can approve and activate sponsored access.
Will I be charged when it ends?
No. No payment method is required, and sponsored access never converts into a paid subscription. Your account returns to Starter when it ends.
What if I already pay for Baseline?
Your paid subscription and billing stay unchanged. Baseline Access does not replace an active paid subscription.
When will I hear back?
You’ll receive a notification when our team makes a decision or needs more information. Check your application portal for updates.
