Questions about billing

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, any time. Moving up takes effect immediately and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. To move to a smaller plan, open Manage subscription in Settings.

What happens if a payment fails?

Nothing, right away. You keep full access while your card company and Stripe retry the charge, and you'll get an email to update your card.

Do unused analyses roll over?

Monthly allowances reset each month. Analyses from packs and promo codes never expire.

Is there a fair-use limit?

Yes, and it's set so normal use never reaches it: your plan's analyses always have room. If an account's AI use in a month goes far beyond typical, new reports and Coach answers pause until the 1st. Everything already made stays available.

Do long videos count as more than one?

A clip over 2:30 uses two analyses. Clips up to 5 minutes are accepted, and the upload page shows the length before you send.

Is my video kept?

No. It's deleted from our servers as soon as the analysis is done. Your report stays.
