Tennis drill interval timer
A work and rest timer for drills and fitness on court. It beeps at every change, so you can keep your eyes on the ball.
Short answer
Pick a preset or set your own work time, rest time and number of rounds, then press Start and put your phone down. A high beep starts each work round, a low beep starts rest, and short beeps count down the last three seconds.
